For entry or AMOE questions, include the draw week, entry code, request time, and any app message shown on the Draw screen.
Potential winners should watch their account email for review and delivery instructions. Support may ask for reasonable verification before discussing prize information.
If you cannot sign in, include the email address used for ArcadeDraw and the approximate time of the sign-in attempt.
