Delete Account.
You can request deletion of your ArcadeDraw account. Some records may be retained where needed for legal, draw, fraud prevention, dispute, tax, or prize administration reasons.
Email [privacy/support email] from your ArcadeDraw account email with the subject "Delete my ArcadeDraw account". Include your display name and account email.
ArcadeDraw may ask you to confirm the request or verify account ownership before processing deletion.
Account profile data and app access may be removed or de-identified when the request is processed.
ArcadeDraw may retain records needed for sweepstakes administration, AMOE records, winner review, prize delivery, tax obligations, legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, support history, and dispute handling.
Deleting an account may affect access to entries, winner review, and prize delivery. If you are a potential winner, support may need to complete review before processing deletion.
